Working in partnership with each service user is important to us; it allows us to be confident that the service we provide is suited to your needs. We will work in partnership with you to:
- Understand the services we can offer
- Agree a plan of your care and how you can be involved in the decisions that are made
- Understand your rights to confidentiality and consent
- Play a part in making our service better; by telling us how you feel about the care you receive and whether it meets your needs
