As part of their whole school approach to mental health, our Mental Health Support Team schools have identified wellbeing ambassadors who promote and champion positive health and wellbeing within their school community.

Our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) is a schools-based service, designed to meet the mental health needs of children and young people in education settings.

For Children's Mental Health Week 2024, we asked the wellbeing ambassadors within Manor Primary School and Grove Street Primary School in Birkenhead what ideas they have had around improving wellbeing within their school, and how these ideas and have been listened to and actioned. Here's what they had to say.

A huge thank you to all the wellbeing ambassadors who took part in this video, and to all the pupils and staff at Manor Primary School and Grove Street Primary School.
