Groups for young people in Cheshire and Wirral

This year’s theme for Children’s Mental Health Week is ‘This is My Place’. It celebrates and advocates for the spaces where children and young people feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

For Children's Mental Health Week, we’ve put together a list of groups that our young people and teams recommend for other young people. These groups are a great place to talk to people, feel heard, and get involved in local opportunities in the community.
